Terms of Service

  • NO AI!

  • Payment via Paypal or Ko-Fi (in USD).

  • There will be no refund, unless if I decided to cancel a commission order myself.

  • All commissions are for personal use only, do not use for commercial purposes.

  • You must put credit to me if you want to share it anywhere.

  • You are not allowed to use all the unused sketches that I created.

  • You will receive a full resolution (300 DPI) digital file in (.png) and will be sent via Google Drive.

  • I have the right to decline any commission request if I don’t think I can deliver it well enough on your request.

  • You are not allowed to reproduce distribute the artwork commercially before discussing it with me.

  • Adding another character (more than 2 characters in total) may add up the price +100% from the original single price. This is excluding the Reference Sheet.

  • Detailed design and accessories may cost additional fee (30% from the original price or more).

  • Rushed commission will be charged with additional fee.

  • Custom Art will take longer time to make, according to how complicated the request is.

How To Order

Please write this as a Commission Form to my email or to my socials DMs:

The Process

  1. You can make your request by sending the form to my contact DMs or my email and then I will send you the confirmation of it via email ([email protected]).

  2. Don’t send me any payment before I accept your commission. I will sent a confirmation accepting your commission through email or social DMs and the sketch of the commission.

  3. After the sketch is done and approved, you must pay in full payment / down payment (50-75% of total depends if you have ordered before or not). I will send you message on DMs for the invoice after you approved the sketch that I made.

  4. Major revision only can be done until line art phase. Minor revision still acceptable on base color phase.

  5. You have max 3 times of revision (more than that, will be charged extra starting from $5). Major alteration may add up the price.

  6. Feel free to ask for progress updates, you can also check the commission progress here.

  7. Commission process can last from 1 week to 3 months, according to order. For Custom commission takes longer from 1 week to 4 months, the time may add more the more complicated the request are.

  8. I will send the final artwork files (.png) through Google Drive after you pay in full.
